@anon1 The artist isn't really good with proportions, she's just good with coloring. Any skilled artist or art savvy individuals can notice it.

oh wait. My 1st comment about disproportionate boobs is seemingly unfounded, as it is clear now in true anime fashion, that her boobs are "flopping" one up, one down when knocked into by the other character. There is movement in them there boobies.
