Well, what do you expect them to drink? Water!? Unless you want to die. Also, during that time. You more likely to eat your beer than actually drink it. As the beer was not strained of the grains put into it. So, yes, you can have beer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As it was pretty much the only meal that actually provided the nutrition your body needed to function semi-properly.
