Head's slightly too big and the lines of said head are much less defined than the rest of the body. The face lacks shadows, making it look too flat. The color of her hair is no good either, should be darker and with different highlights.
The anonymous photoshopper could have done a good work, but either didn't want to spend too much time on it or is still too inexperienced.
