His shoulders are made of Cytomander and Adine's mechs. The legs are Timilyph's mech and Cathedral Terra/Arc Gurren. All mechs need to be tagged, along with the original Lazengann.

(All pilot names are more than likely spelled wrong, and mech names are are obviously unknown by this poster.)

The shoulders are Shuzaku (Cytomander) and Seirune (Adiane), yes. And the right leg is that of Byakkou (Thymilph). The left leg looks like the Cathedral Lazengann AKA Chouginga Dai-Gurren (Not Ark-Gurren), but is actually the face of Gember (Guame). In the torso, we have (as you can all tell) Enki. Or Enkidu. Or Enkidudu. (But not Enkidududu or Enkidudududu, because they only appear in a CD Drama).
