Honestly, I actually sorta gotta give it to Ruby. This would be an epic battle, one that could never be topped, but I think Ruby would pull it out in the end. I guess you can sorta see it as a... Passing of the Torch kinda deal. Like if instead of Gold scaling Mount Silver, Ruby traveled to Kanto and ended up doing it.
