Linux distributions are really a side project from Unix, which in and of itself is the oldest "OS" if it can really be called that still, In existence.

Actually I just realized something. Her name is "Linux-tan", and she's wearing things like Gnome, KDE, and has the GNU head thingy. So calling her GNU/Linux would be like calling a person named Bob something like Clothes/Bob. SHE, her BODY is Linux, so calling HER GNU/Linux would be inaccurate.

Her naked body is pure kernel, but only with her clothes on is a full OS.

btw I'm typing this on Kubuntu.
