It's from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Both girls are actually aliens of sorts sent to monitor Haruhi, but the one who was getting beaten up in the picture went rouge and tried to kill the main character.

For those who dont know even a spark of psychologic...

Yuki is... in some way Tsundere, but a very friendly and nice one.
Ryoko is (and will ever be? xD) someone who would even kill a human, if its for her own benefit.
And what comes if you kill someone with a knife? Yes... horrible things. ^^

Its just a "now she knows what it feels like", even though, Yuki and Ryoko seem to be able to simply cut painfeeling off, if necessary.
