Anon2, in theory it should be possible, but practically it will be complicated, the brain would need to figure out how to use it next to a vagina. Also, a penis does not fully work without the balls, so those need to be added too. I figure it can all be added, and with current technology it could even be made from your own cells, but then there is still the brain that gets to use a new function it never learned.
