well if Meiling and Sakuya were to have children, they would be part youkai, so technilogically speaking, they would outlive their mother (or father depending on who gave birth to them.)

Sakuya is human, therefore she will eventually die of old age. Same for Reimu, Marisa, and possibly Sanae (though I'm not too sure since she IS related to Gods).
