If it is her, then her skin's been lightened and a lot of her scars have been cleaned up.

actually from what i read she didn't always look like what hulk and she-hulk would like fused, but prior to the events of the lock down*and i'm guessing the world wide despair event* she looked more average, or what is shown in the picture above. and that she didn't become what she is in the game until she found out her boyfriend*who she could never beat* only had months to live, so she probably built more muscle to keep his dream alive of beating undefeated.
