It's so surprising that everyone to date who has tried to translate it has had their heads explode before they could finish.

Alright, since after this much time it still hasn't been done, I decided to go beyond the normal extremely tiny translations I do, in other words actually put some EFFORT in for once, and translate the quote for surprise myself. Having done that, I think I now know the real reason why no one bothered to do it before: the handwriting on that part is terrible!
