Um... I dunno, these guys look like a fair challenge.
From back to front:
The L-P-9999, a Vital Suit from the Lost Planet series by Capcom. Specifically, one of the most advanced VSs in the game, complete with its thermal powered fold-out chainsaw and that whole 'transformation thing' they had towards the end of the game.
Ezio Auditiore from Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, supposedly a bad ass but Altair was cooler. Probably the first to go down considering they Assassin's deal was hiding in plain sight, acrobatics, and little hidden blades.
A veteran ranger from Fallout: New Vega's New California Republic. Pretty badass I think, but they are basically post-apocalyptic special ops troops that travel in pairs, wear highly advanced SWAT combat armor, and most of which are radioactive zombies putting them somewhere beyond the normal human lifespan. The best of the best in their circles.
And last, but not least, Noble Six of Halo: Reach. The only other spartan besides the Master Chief to be labeled 'extremely deadly' or some such shit. Essentially faceless and genderless, but considering that he managed to fight off about seven+ of the Covenant's most skilled soldiers with a major armor breach on his own, end up the last surviving Spartan on Reach, and pretty much ensure humanity's 'last chance' at salvation, he would definitely fit the bill.
