It's not Gelbooru that censors it. Japanese law requires porn that's not made for export to be censored, whether it's drawn or otherwise. I think it's kind of stupid, really, but I don't think it gets taken too seriously-- some things are barely censored and they get away with it. (see: pointless censoring)

from what i heard, just the parts involved in the act itself need to be censored. a lot of images have the pussy censored but not the anus and sometimes the other way around like this.
i think it makes sense....well, a bit at least o.o'
