Perhaps in game physics, Great Jaggi doesn't stand a chance simply due to the HP and Damage numbers game. In a more realistic setting, though (much like what the artist is depicting), a Great Jaggi could be a definite threat to even a big guy like Jho, just because it's strong enough to take down larger animals, and smart enough to figure out how.

So far Deviljho appears to have killed a Jaggia and a smaller Jaggi. There are probably dozens more waiting in the wings. With one command they can swarm the brute and have him dead in seconds.
