If there is a boy AND a girl making love on or with a penis, yaoi can and should be added in addition to a straight tag, it's a technicality.
It's not like you're leaving out a minuscule tag that won't be missed, like "purple_eyelashes" or whatever, this is something that a person (who really likes stuff such as shotas/boys/traps on dicks) might bypass just because a select few nobodies in the comments section took up pretend authority to "decide" on what gets added and removed.
If yaoi doesn't float your boat, that's fine, just blacklist it. But don't ruin it for the guys who do like seeing a sexy male kiss a cock.
