That's right; more or less it seems to be first to get exhausted and lose their erection loses first. Believe me, having seem a couple of these, there is almost always a lot of cumming before a winner is decided.

Oh, and as far as the loser goes, nothing is really shown; usually the winner putting their foot on the loser's crotch with the loser laying exhausted.
