I don't know how best to translate 名器 in this context - the word literally means "famous instrument", but I can't think of any good ways to replicate the double-entendre.
The anon who identified the source is right, it's definitely a named character - there's a tag above her which would identify her, but it's partially covered by the photo. One onlooker seems to think he knows her, and I assume her name is Hayami.
