Zero, X and the Reploids based on X (which means all of them) all have a red fluid in them that acts like blood. In X1, you see Zero bleeding from his mouth.

In the Japanese Zero games, killing Pantheons and various other enemies with the Z Saber caused a gush of blood to pour out of them, this was removed from the games in all other regions.
