My one critique would be the coloring...instead of red, they should have used blue, like liquid oxygen.

I like the idea here, not only is the caption correct for use against people, but on use against armored vehicles the high oxygen state around it would cause the engine to basically explode as it would start to burn fuel faster and faster overheating etc, also if the sword is incredibly heated then it could not only melt through metal armor but also burn through it. Also Solid Oxygen Blade, S.O.B. aka Son of a bitch. which is quite fitting because that is the part a lot of people seem stuck on, lol.
