tou do know accelerators power is to change the vector of anything he touches. if oga uses one bit of demonic power against him, or even his own physical streangth, he's gona die. i read both beelsebub and have seen toaru majutsu no index, the only exception to his power in a one on one fight is toumas ability to cancel any ability that comes into contact with his right hand. the onyl reason why he was shot in his head is becasue he was focusing his powers to manipulate last order's bio eletricity to help get rid of a virus inside of last order to save the world (the kind of virus i'm talking about is more like a computer virus than a biological virus, to clarify those who are not a to aru majutsu fans) becasue he was focusing his powers on last order, he could not spare enough computational abilties to deflect the bullet. so therefore, if oga and accelerator were to fight, oga will die in less than 5 mins. so no matter what logic you use, accelerator would win. but i would find it funny if oga and accelerator turned out to be very compatible as friends. just imagine, demon power using oga + vector changing accelerator, it could be a strong pairing

Oga is just another shonen-blob with "demonic powers"(oooh scary), while accelerator has the ability to control the vector of anything he touches.
If you don't know anything about math, you'd think oga was better. But if you had gradeschool geometry you'd realize how much power accelerator actually has.

It was shown in To Aru Majutsu No Index that Accelerator cant handle the computations of a massive explosion when a grenade was dropped on his face so if Oga Just used an even more powerful hit, which he is quite capable of then he would take acelerator out.
