There is not possible way to made it with only genetic modulation, even if you made it so it needs body fuids to live, it will probably evolve and grow teeth so it will be able to bite your balls off (which is easier than making you cum).
One possible way is to make its body by genetic modulation but brain with technology, like PC - so it wont do stupid things if not programmed to.
I cant think of any possible way on how to make tentacles using technology only... if somoby thinks of something, let me know.

Even if you didn't and the genetic code to grow teeth were still locked up dormant, it wouldn't express itself until the original had offspring. At this point, you just need to artificially select the ones without teeth.
Remember that mutations are always accidents. Organisms won't grow teeth because it's a good idea; they will grow teeth because ionizing radiation or genetic code copy errors accidentally create a gene that creates calcium deposits, and they only stick around because the organism incidentally benefits from it. It takes millennia for anything significant to come of these mutations, and that's with species that actually have a decent population. If we're already genetically engineering these guys, teeth mutating has a snowball's chance in hell of happening.
