The other Puru clones were killed in battle. The Gundam Evolve sidestory for ZZ has Judou rescue another Puru clone, but it's unknown whether it's to be taken as canon or not.

@Anon1, Puru 12 has a name because she was eventually adopted by a Neo Zeon captain after he saved her from the life of child prostitution she had previously.

To clarify, from what I understand the other Ple Clones did exist and may have been onscreen once at Elpeo Ple's funeral. Each of the "random" Ple clones had there own PMX-004 Quebly Mass Production Type Mobile Suit.

Ple 12 was the only serving ple clone from ZZ other ple 2 to 11 are kia with the lead of zz going around rescuing other ple cloones from sex slavery. Ple 12 was save from drifting in a dead suit
