I don't know Japanese, but it's clear that Okabe is interested in Homura's time travelling abilities and Daru likes Madoka because she's moe, and Kurisu is all calling him a pervert over it. XD

Either Homu and madoka are really tall or Daru and okabe are pretty short. Though Daru is drawn in a comedic style, that doesn't explain how okabe can barely be taller than a middle school girl.
