yes that's a place that actually exists and every couple months it holds an event about anime stuff..
and yes i live right next to that place, i went there i even have a pamphlet with that picture on..
the place 'BEXCO' is in busan, south korea, and on that yellow sheet there were supposed to be 'BUSAN COMIC WORLD' instead of some japanese shit
isn't that like, just taking the picture and making it look japanese?
