I don't get the joke... I know that little thing is suppused to be Bio-Broly and he is kind of weaker (he was beaten by just kids Goten and Trunks). But what's with different form clones and surprised faces?

It's possible that the organic liquid had covered Broly while he was in is USSJ stage. This may be too deep thinking for this picture, but it could be assumed, that the lower stages (and possibly personalities) of Brolys evolution may not have any recollection of the events that transpire,while he's in the USSj form. That can happen to people with multiple-personality disorder.
