I guess she isnt from Magic the gathering, if so, it would be the first Alt art from this artist.

Also I sont remember any important card that looks like her. Cat ears? Sword? Tight Suit? Maybe a Catgirl Ninja(improbable, I would remember if a Catgirl card subtype existed).

No, it's artwork for a 2/2 Cat Warrior creature token. From his pixiv description:

白の2/2の猫クリーチャー・トークンが
たくさん出てくることを想像して描きました

"クリーチャー・トークン" is the katakana for "creature token".
