In fact, it is now possible to make sperm from an egg, so a child born from two women is possible, although it will most likely be a while before this is commonplace. There are also experiments to achieve this without making a sperm cell, but those haven't been very successful yet. Also, because there is no y chromosome involved, this can only make female children, unless additional genetic engineering is somehow implemented.
On the other hand, Mid-Childa has plenty of magitech that pretty much surpasses Earth's technology, so who knows?
TL;DR- Yes, this is certainly possible. They needn't be just clones of one parent each, although that would be much simpler.
