What'd expect she's a test tube bred clone from his dna and extensive tinkering. So it'd be no surprise that he has no qualms about using her for experiments. Even Mayuri fought one of the Espada and that arrancar absorbed part of Nemu her in hopes of heal himself Mayuri revealed there was a poisonous drug in her body.
