I agree with ramaz022. Pillories give you the strongest hold of all types of restrains without hurting you. You can really feel that something very strong and heavy is holding you. It feels great, for a time. ^-^
I think I could stay locked in this one for about 2 hours before beginning to feel uncomfortable. In one that is about 2.5'' deep, I can stay nearly unlimited (minus stretching and toilet breaks). The key is how much room you have to rest your neck and wrists on. If the wood is about 90% as deep as your neck is long, it's optimal for comfort. -_^
