I thought so too. I checked screenlists for all Urotsukidoji, Urotsuki, La Blue Girl and Blood Shadow episodes and there wasn't a scene or demon like that.

Okay... so the source is Satanika (thanks to anon from /gif/). Apparently it was a never made animation based on Verotik's comic, so this is from trailer footage that you can find on youtube.
Most unfortunate, style of animation made me nostalgic about good old Urotsukidoji days.
