Not similar virtually identical. Overlap the two in photoshop and play with the transparency. Hell, just look at the cocks, identical veins and drip page. This is just a trace job with the head changed.

And who cares. They have pallette swaps by different artists all the time. It's a fucking hot picture and assisted my fapping which I believe is all that matters
