@anon, dunno looks like a mithra to me bud. miqo'te dont have the feline nose and typically have ear fur color matching the hair color. the artist drew it in such a way that you cant tell if it has actual fur. thus the identity of this mithra is mostly ambigous, that aside however id say its mithra due to the nose. -bows-

its a miqote for sure, thats a coatee from ffxiv and there an option for those face markings in ffxiv, though you can hardly notice the darked nose

It is a miqo'te. That nose option, facial markings, and coatee outfit were available during 1.0, and are still available in ARR.
