Kirino and Ayase aren't enemies in any way. Sure, Ayase might think her hentai ovessesion is kind of wierd or wrong, but they're still best friends. She just temporarily severed ties with Kirino in that one episode cause she didn't understand Kirino's obsession with anime, particularly the hentai aspect, and thought it was wrong. So yeah, they're not "frenemies"...
