What the fuck guys. This isn't hard to grasp. Bubbles and Buttercup have bound up Blossom. Blossom is also gagged with her mouth open. They're inserting her into a large Blossom doll/pinata. I don't get the pinata-like part or the candy part, but the point of the doll is such that Blossom's gagged-open mouth is going to be locked into position at the Blossom-doll's mouth spot.
