Going by a realistic fight, Spider-Man from the mainstream universe would win quickly, he has poison in his body that is toxic enough to kill a normal human for peat's sakes. It only takes him an hour to heal, Spider-Man would be too much for a normal human like Juri.
He can burn someone's face off with just his hands, he also has the ability to see the dark with no lights at all. He would win.
