Juri has the Feng Shui Engine. She's managed to dodge gunfire and take down Guile, Chun Li and Cammy simultaneously, and they're pretty tough in their own right thanks to it. That's far above what a normal person could do.

Spiderman can lift what? 20ton? So he is super strong... that said, Juri could theoretically break his back if she managed to get him into one of her grapple moves.

Spiderman's spidersense would only warn him, it wouldn't make it any easier for him to actually dodge her. Of course, if he kept out of her reach he could net her.

Juri's attacks are based on ki. She is not naturally stronger then a normal human, use your heads. Marvel has nothing to Capcom anyway. You people really need to know how ki works, people who watch Naruto actually knows how ki works.
