I think the face could look more realistic, similar to that "untooned" jessica Rabbit picture, where she instead of looking like a cartoon or CG character, looks like some hot ass Alien babe.

Only a small bit of detail could be added in the face, but what is really missing is the dramatic shadow and fractal light on the skin. The entire body is done up beautifully but the face is left almost unshadowed. The left side should be diffused into shadow similar to the left arm. There is actually light shadowing but compared to the dramatic body, its not dark enough, clearly.
