I may be wrong but I think I remember seeing this without the giant penis. unfortunately if I had it, it was on my external HDD, which failed and ate my collection. :/ such a shame, I'd like that image again assuming it's not a pigment of my imagination.

Moral of the story:

External HDD for hentai is a really good idea, but you should backup all the content to a normal internal HDD which you keep outside the computer hidden somewhere and only connect when you actually need to use it.
