Welp, here's how I see it. Both of them are hot, and would look good together anyways. And once Hiden saw Kurenai was left behind he would take her for himself to be there for her, as a replacement for killing her husband. In time, they would fall for each other for reals and then have a natural relationship where Hiden dominates Kurenai... or something, idk :/
