All the marked parts of the body are their anatomically accurate Latin names, look em up if you actually care for them. As for what they're saying in Latin, it's something like...

Tu fui ego eris is an inscription which can be found in catacombs and tombstones as a memento mori.
The two latin phrases and the nature of the image seem suggesting the theme of the transience of life if not the futility of pleasure.
