Well depending on how you look at it Melona, Airi and Menace could be seen as the good guys and everyone else as neutral/bad guys. Every 4 years a tournamental fight to eh death sweeps the land. 120 years ago it caused a 50 year long world war. The swamp witch wants her 3 minions to stop queen's blade by winning and declaring it's closure as first act. (Note it says nothing about the swamp witch wanting to take over the world) Furthermore the Swamp Witch wants to over throw *SPOLIER* Delmora (angel who's posessing Aldra) *END SPOILER* who is causing much suffering to the world. But to answer your question she never fights alongside anyone other than Airi and Menace so no not a "good" girl from that point of view.
