Uzumaki Mito, The 1st Hokage's (Hashirama Senju) wife, and I believe the original (as in first) Jinchuuriki (host) of the Kyuubi (9tailed beast fox).
Is it just me or in this particular image she looks like a combination of Kushina (red hair+hairpin), Tenten (hairstyle) and Tsunade (the sign on her forehead) ?

@anon1well she is Tsunade's grandma and from the same clan as Kushina. As for the hairstyle well there are only so many hairstyles in the world.
