Starscream is always a bit femine, from the screechy voice and "boobs" of G-1, to the effeminated voice and behaviour in Beast Wars II, to the design and the female clone of Animated, to the femine design of Prime. And the fact that his ghost possessed a girl in Kiss Players does help either. So yeah, it's probably safe to assume he's alright gay, not that there's anything wrong with being gay.
