I think what anon 1 is trying to get at is that the character is normally a male. He's trying to warn people that he's not normally a woman, even if he is one in this image. He's bothered BECAUSE it's a genderswap, because he seems to think that this image is causing people to think the character is normally a girl.

Of course, any intelligent human being who actually bothers to read the damn tags would know that it's a genderswap and not expect him to normally be a girl, so anon 1 shouldn't feel the need to freak out.

Unfortunately, however, many people seem to NOT read the tags, judging by the number of comments like "source????" (made long after the source has been posted) and "what a cute girl, I'd tap that" (on images that have always been tagged "1boy" and "trap").
