It's in the manga, when Konohamaru used is sexy jutsu male version(can't remember the name) and she has the same reaction Naruto has to the other one. Also, it's obvious Sakura has feelings for Naruto too, so don't discredit them because she was lieing to herself about Sasuke. Also im sick of saying this but hitting Naruto is just for comedic relief, albiet and overused source in the anime, she rarely hits him in the manga. Yaoi is fine, just don't bring it up when it has nothing to do with the picture.

^^ You're my hero. I'm sooo sick of people making the "Derp! Sakura hit Naruto, so she hate him. DERP!" argument. It's tsundere, it's played for comedy and nothing more. Maybe western readers don't get the whole trope, but it's pretty obvious to people who've it seen it happen in more than one series.
Also, the anime way overplays Sakura's tsundere personality. In the actual manga, she's a more like a shoujo type tsundere, sort of like Akane on Ranma 1/2 (not a shoujo I know). I strongly recommend anyone who uses the anime to interpret character relationships to strongly consider switching to the fucking source material.
