The left one is her twin sister Goldie, she's actually cosplaying Silvia cause she doesn't really have VFX powers, Cap Blue didn't choose her, is just for the game. I think she loves Alastor -_-u...

The right one next to Joe is the original, pure and powerful Sexy Silvia ^^
