Tabasco sauce is made from fermented Tabasco peppers, salt, and vinegar, it's not the strongest hot sauce in the world or anything, but it'll definitely sting if you get it on your bell-end (especially if you get it in your urethra). There's many stories of people thoughtlessly touching their dicks after having sliced peppers and what not, and they absolutely notice.
In fact, I know a guy who neglected to wash his hands after handling Habanero peppers on multiple occasions before jerking off, he eventually learned to not do that again. I also recall a story of a guy who fingered his girlfriend after doing the same.
I can't say for Wasabi, but be it the genuine article, or the universally more common substitute that is horse radish paste with some food coloring, it's pretty strong and spicy.
