This Snivy doesn't feel too Snivy... Snivy is based on the manga "The Rose of Versailles" and it's meant to be a fancy character.

but yeah, in B/W Snivy is just the best starter in my opinion, not only does it evolve into a gorgeous snake, it's also got one of the best move-pools of all the grass-pokemon in game...
