All the them kind of look like that, I don't think it was added on with photoshop, I think the artist put those in, they're just a different artist style than he uses so they stand out.

Here is something to ponder. All these drawing depict pictures of the scouts- hentai made of them. Hentai that we can obtain. I think what is happening here is more twisted than you realize. This is not an otaku who has magically captured, bound and raped the sailor scouts. No, this is a real world otaku, who has kidnapped average girls, dressed them like the sailor scouts, bound them and then raped them. The pictures are there, of course, to help him think of the girl who's trying to pretend the victim is.
