She doesn't look unamused so much as she looks like she's just given up and accepted her fate. By this point she's probably struggled to escape as much as she could and just become exhausted. Although I don't know what she's thinking, I'd guess it'd be something along either just reflecting on whatever in her last minutes of life, or just sitting there trying not to think whatsoever.

Ouch, I just noticed that bite mark in her side. That must hurt like a bitch, especially with all the digestive juices around...
